There are two ways to publish your plans:

1. Use this form to record your plans. It will be automatically added to the other plans in the 2019 Missouri QSO Part database.
2. Send your detailed plans to our MOQP County Activation n0so(at)arrl(dot)net by e-mail. We can enter them into the database for you.
