There are two ways to submit your 2026 MOQP log file:
NO PAPER LOGS. This is a rules change for 2026. If you logged on paper or other alternate methods during the contest, there are several good options for converting to a CABRILLO format electronic log described below.
The rules state that Cabrillo format is required. Most popular contest loggers have the ability to export the log in the proper Cabrillo format. That said, the contents of the Cabrillo format file varies a bit from contest to contest. QSOs with stations operating from a Missouri county line should list separate QSOs for each county.
