Correcting Canadian Province Abbreviations in Older  Writelog Versions

For anyone using Writelog in the MOQP, older versions of Writelog use incorrect abbreviations for certain Canadian Provinces:

• QSOs with Quebec should have the province entered as "QC".
• QSOs with Newfoundland or Labrador should have the province entered as "NL"   Newfoundland and Labrador is a single province.  MO stations working both should score a singe multiplier.

The following moqp.ini file corrects this issue. Just download the file and insert it into the Writelog program directory.  In Windows 7, the file goes in C:\ProgramData\WriteLog. There should already be a file in that directory with the same name, replace it with this file.
